About the position

As a Data Science/Machine Learning Intern at ADP, you will gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship is designed to enhance your professional skills and provide you with relevant business experience. You will engage in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and project management, contributing to the development of innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, and summarize critical findings and insights.
• Develop compelling visual representations of analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand project requirements and demonstrate model performance.
• Present project findings and insights to peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Completed at least 3 years of a 4-year Bachelor's degree or 1 year of a 2-year Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Prior experience in Java, C++, SQL, and distributed computing tools such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, or Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with Oracle, MongoDB, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
