About the position

The Summer 2025 Internship Program at TCW offers undergraduate and graduate students an immersive nine-week experience in Human Resources. Interns will engage in hands-on projects, develop analytical and communication skills, and receive professional support from colleagues and mentors. The program emphasizes networking and community involvement, providing interns with insights from top leaders in the firm and opportunities to build lasting professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-the-job experience by working on a high-performing team in your business group.
• Build analytical and interpersonal communication skills by participating in day-to-day activities.
• Receive professional support from a colleague who will provide guidance and feedback throughout the internship.

Requirements

• An undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025 to June 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others and exhibit integrity.
• Possess intellectual curiosity and demonstrate leadership potential.
• Excellent communication skills.
