Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to analyze customer billing data and identify patterns and anomalies.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and performance.
• Generate insights from data analysis to identify key areas of improvement in billing processes.
• Provide recommendations to the business based on model outputs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Document and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
