Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply basic skills in areas of Knowledge Management, AI Search, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) with clear direction from your supervisor.
  • Regularly review usage of Noblis Knowledge Base(s) and search usage. Analyze content for effectiveness of articles and in managing common problems and questions, and recommend articles and/or NLU intents for revision.
  • Review Virtual Agent (VA) usage and hit rates; recommend changes to NLU intents to increase probability of user finding an appropriate conversation to resolve a query.
  • Develop best practice guidelines for tailoring article content, conversations, and intents for improved accuracy.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Communications, English, Information Management or related field.
  • Interest in participating in use of automated communications to facilitate process flow and issue resolution.
  • Above average ability to write in English clearly. Experience creating written content in accordance with AP Standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Course work or experience in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, information management or process automation/flow modelling.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Course work in data analysis/statistics.
