About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our marketing team for a summer internship. This program is designed to provide real-world experience in financial marketing, strategy development, execution and measurement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support new customer acquisition and customer engagement. Throughout this experience, the student will gain practical, challenging and meaningful on-the-job work experience as a banking marketer with an organization that is continuously recognized as a Top Workplace and Best Place to Work.

Requirements

• Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Strategy and Direct Marketing team assisting in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, direct mail, etc.) and projects.
• Understand market, customer and prospect research and conduct competitive analyses to support strategy and or promotional recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and Line of Business partners to create and curate content for the website, email marketing, etc.
• Analyze marketing performance data and support reporting with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support promotional activities including project management and organization of any.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas.
• Help maintain and update the marketing project calendar and content schedules.
