About the position

The Research & Development Intern at Mars Petcare will gain hands-on experience in various areas including Product Development, Packaging Development, Quality & Food Safety, and Sensory Analysis. This internship is designed to provide students with exposure to real business challenges and opportunities within a globally recognized company, while also offering professional development and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Product Development projects
• Support Packaging Development initiatives
• Contribute to Quality & Food Safety assessments
• Engage in Product & Packaging Translation Support
• Participate in Sensory Analysis activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Eligible to intern the summer prior to final graduation date
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
• Ability to provide personal transportation to and from the work site
