About the position
The Operations & Sales Intern position at The Kendall Group offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the Operations and Sales sectors. This 10-12 week paid internship is project-based, allowing interns to own and deliver projects that address gaps within the function, thereby driving tangible value for the business. Interns will work closely with Operations and Sales professionals, receive mentorship, and have the chance to engage with the company's leadership team, all while contributing to meaningful work that supports the community.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a project or multiple projects from start to finish during the internship.
- Address gaps within the Operations and Sales functions to drive tangible value for the business.
- Participate in regular meetings with a dedicated manager/trainer and internship coordination team.
- Engage in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event to give back to the community.
- Gain exposure to various business units and departments within The Kendall Group.
Requirements
- Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common software packages.
- Strong data analysis and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time management abilities.
