About the position

The Project Management Intern position at The Kendall Group offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in project management within a supportive and employee-owned company. Interns will manage and deliver projects that address operational gaps, providing tangible value to the business while learning foundational project management principles. This 10-12 week paid internship is designed to foster professional growth through mentorship, direct exposure to leadership, and participation in community engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a project or multiple projects from start to finish during the internship.
• Address operational gaps within the function and drive tangible value for the business.
• Participate in regular meetings with a dedicated manager/trainer and internship coordination team.
• Engage in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event to experience community involvement.
• Familiarize with various business units and departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Pursuing an associates, bachelor's, or graduate degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Knowledge of common project management concepts and software packages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
