About the position

Responsibilities
- Promote resort recreation activities and facilities to guests.
- Assist in planning and organizing activities for children and adults.
- Learn villa cleaning processes and room inspection tasks in housekeeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand resort operations.
- Rotate through food and beverage outlets to learn various roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct property safety walks and oversee guest relations in safety and security.
Requirements
- Full availability to work any shift including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing a college degree at any level or graduated within the past 6 months.
- Preferred degree in Hospitality or Business Management, but undecided majors may also be considered.
