About the position

The Summer 2025 Software Engineer internship at T-Mobile focuses on Platform Delivery and Automation, providing a hands-on learning experience for recent graduates or current students. Interns will work closely with the Platform Delivery & Automation team to develop custom solutions and tooling that support the delivery of various services, including virtual machines and AI platforms. This 12-week paid internship offers opportunities for networking, mentorship, and real impact within the company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop new toolsets and custom software solutions.
• Provide on-demand self-service infrastructure solutions within T-Mobile datacenters.
• Support the delivery of services ranging from virtual machines on kubevirt to AI platforms.

Requirements

• A strong desire to learn.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions such as Run, Determined, Vertex or other solutions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform, Open Tofu, Ansible or other solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Python, Ruby, Groovy or other programming language(s).
