About the position

The Kroger Spring Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors. Interns will engage in various focused assignments, develop professional skills, and connect with industry leaders while embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within the Corporate Supply Chain team.
• Refine professional skills through hands-on learning experiences.
• Work alongside industry leaders in various operational departments.
• Connect with other students from across the country.

Requirements

• Open to all majors, actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the US.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities between school, work, or extracurricular activities.
• Positive response to change and challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
