About the position

The position is a summer co-op role at Ansys focused on developing the user interface (UI) for the Discovery product using the application toolkit framework. The individual will collaborate with a team to implement UX designs and workflows, aiming to enhance user experience through scalable and feature-rich applications. This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in relevant fields and will last for three months during the summer recess.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside software developers to design, implement, and debug.
• Investigate defects in production code.
• Engineer simulation features.
• Develop UI toolkit components for internal and external customers.
• Improve the efficiency and accuracy of ANSYS products.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or UX/User Interface.
• Exposure to object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java).
• Previous coding experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
