The Summer Associate role will be a part of the Technology & Optimization team within the Compliance & Public Policy division. This team is dedicated to offering automated solutions for compliance processes and reporting, providing essential toolsets, guidance, training, and data-driven insights. The primary objective of the team is to centralize, automate, and enhance compliance processes across various sections, ensuring a standardized approach that allows for mutual benefits through cross-collaboration among teams. As a Summer Associate, you will collaborate with a diverse group of project managers, business intelligence analysts, and data scientists, all of whom bring a wide range of expertise in analytics, data science, reporting, and project and process management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across various teams within the department, which will require you to be a problem solver, quick learner, and self-starter. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to support and develop solutions, particularly in researching, defining, and enforcing data automation solutions from various databases and sources, including on-prem databases, Azure Data Lake, and Application Service Layer. Additionally, you will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of compliance data usage to pinpoint areas of efficiency. Based on your data discovery efforts, you will lead process improvement meetings and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
