The Member BI team is a newly established unit within the Member Strategy Office (MSO) | Enterprise Data and Analytics (ED&A) division. Our focus is to deliver sophisticated business intelligence visualization solutions that highlight critical analytical patterns, insights, and trends in support of Member Strategy initiatives. Aligned with the broader objectives of MSO, we also play a pivotal role in driving innovation and support the organization's commitment to its members by partnering with Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) to explore innovative BI solutions. The Summer Associate will support business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Conduct routine work assignments of limited scope and complexity and under close supervision. This entry-level professional will have a developing skill set and a basic understanding of procedures and analysis techniques. Projects the Summer Associate may work on include: - Member Satisfaction Analysis: Supporting analysis of member satisfaction surveys by helping identify key drivers of satisfaction and correlating them with overall performance metrics or playing a role in segmenting data and running preliminary analyses. - Data Visualization Development: Assisting in the creation of interactive dashboards and reports, visualizing member data to identify trends and patterns that support ongoing Member Strategy initiatives. - Data Pipeline Optimization: Collaborating with data engineers to streamline and optimize data pipelines to ensure that data is efficiently processed and ready for analysis. - Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, such as KPI and metric definitions, data mapping guides, and process cycle workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency across the Member BI projects.
