About The Position
As a Summer Co-op 2025 - Data Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, highly technical environment that is integral to the production of some of KDP's most popular beverages. This co-op position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in executing operational plans and projects, particularly in the realm of data analytics. You will have the opportunity to develop visualizations for Daily Management Systems (DMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS), which are crucial for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in beverage production. Throughout your co-op, you will participate in AGILE project management methodologies, leading the development, verification, and testing of Data Analytics dashboards and visualization tools. Your contributions will directly influence software capabilities aimed at achieving six sigma quality performance, thereby enhancing the Quality Management System at KDP. Additionally, you will assist with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and Lean activities, which may include participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events. Your role will also involve analyzing data from the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and quality inspection data to identify and implement process improvements. You will be tasked with creating visualizations for audit findings data and action tracking, which are essential for maintaining compliance and operational excellence. The KDP Co-op Program is structured to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience. You will engage in innovative projects within a challenging, cross-functional team environment. The program includes opportunities to meet and network with KDP executives and other organizational leaders through meet & greets and lunch & learns. You will receive professional development training focused on networking, professional skills development, and presentation skills. Furthermore, you will be paired with a mentor who will guide you in understanding various aspects of the business and help you build your professional network. At the end of your co-op, you will complete a project from start to finish and present your findings and insights to your team, department vice president, and other KDP stakeholders.
