About the position
The Summer Grounds Staff position at R&R Realty Group is a temporary, seasonal role designed for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are looking for a summer job. This position involves various building maintenance tasks to ensure the properties are well-maintained and visually appealing during the summer months.
Responsibilities
- Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls
- Rakes and bags leaves
- Cleans grounds and removes litter
- Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Waters lawn and shrubs
- Repairs and maintains irrigation
- Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks
- Paints fences and outbuildings
- Works independently
- Drives to various locations as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must consistently be at work and on time
