About the position
As a 2025 Summer Intern - Process Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC, you will engage in a dynamic team environment focused on driving sustainable solutions within the beverage industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in executing operational plans, participating in innovative projects, and developing skills in project management and quality systems. Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including Daily Management Systems (DMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Participate in AGILE project management and lead the verification and testing of manufacturing software and applications.
- Influence software capabilities to achieve six sigma quality performance and enhance the Quality Management System.
- Assist with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events.
- Assist in root cause analysis and execute on corrective actions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
