About the position

The Core Specialty Summer Internship Program offers university juniors and seniors a hands-on opportunity to gain industry-leading experience in software engineering. Interns will engage in meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced peers, and develop essential skills while contributing to the company's objectives. This program emphasizes professional development, networking, and mentorship, providing a solid foundation for future career growth.

Responsibilities

• Code delivery of a component of an internally developed application
• Utilization of a CICD pipeline framework (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub packages, Terraform) to deliver and deploy written code
• Effective testing of developed code and development of automated test cases
• Integration of monitoring framework to developed application stack
• Deployment of any and all supporting infrastructure
• Documentation of solution delivery, monitoring and testing

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or a master's degree, preferably in IT or a computer science related field
• Familiarity with automated CICD frameworks and supporting tools
• Development skills in the chosen language, .Net/Python
• Familiarity with automated testing concepts and frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud computing environment
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
