About the position

The Summer Intern - Supply Chain PMO position at Grocery Outlet offers students a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in supply chain management while working on meaningful projects. Interns will engage in defining key performance indicators (KPIs), building reports, and assisting with data entry to support project updates. This 10-week paid internship allows participants to learn about the company's operations and culture, with exposure to various business areas and opportunities to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

  • Define supply chain program KPIs and required data
  • Create visual dashboards and scorecards to showcase information
  • Enhance knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Assist the PMO with dependency tracking for improved delivery
  • Provide readouts to senior leadership on trends and KPIs
  • Manage independent projects
  • Build relationships within the organization
  • Engage in learning opportunities and have fun

Requirements

  • New Graduate, Rising Senior or Master's Student enrolled in an accredited program as of June 2025
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
