The AWP Safety Summer Internship Program offers a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience for students and young professionals across various fields. Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects that shape AWP's success.
• Participate in skills workshops including StrengthsFinder assessments, resume writing, and mock interviews.
• Collaborate with interns across departments on projects like 'Gen Z in the Workplace'.
• Attend leadership development sessions on conflict management, personal branding, and career tips.
• Engage in team-building and networking activities, including luncheons and social events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior or senior, or enrolled in a master's degree program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, safety-focused industry.
