About the position

The Summer Leadership Program at Eide Bailly is a two-day experience designed for high-achieving students pursuing a degree in Accounting. This program provides an inside look at public accounting, the services offered by Eide Bailly, and the industries served. Participants will engage in networking, team-building activities, and community service, while also exploring internship opportunities within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Participate in networking events with Eide Bailly professionals and other students.
• Engage in deep dives into Assurance, Tax, and Outsourced & Managed Services (OMS).
• Take part in fun, interactive team-building events with Eide Bailly staff and partners.
• Contribute to a community service activity.
• Explore upcoming internship opportunities with Eide Bailly.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in Accounting.
• Strong interest in a career in public accounting.
• Graduating between May 2025 and December 2028.
• Demonstrated academic performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities or work experience.
• Interest in Eide Bailly's culture.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
