The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing confirmation letters, processing payments, and tracking and maintaining detailed reservation information. Additionally, the clerk will be tasked with maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems to ensure that all records are organized and easily accessible. The work schedule for this position is designed to provide a balanced work-life experience, with shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Thursdays and Fridays are designated as days off, allowing for a long weekend every week.
