About the position
Join Our Evening Care Team! As a Nursing Assistant / Caregiver at Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia, MN, you will be an integral part of our evening shift team, providing compassionate care to our residents. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts running from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including every other weekend. Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care needs, ensuring their comfort and safety, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the evening hours. As a Nursing Assistant / Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the nursing staff.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering compassionate care to the geriatric population.
- Eagerness to pursue certification as a Nursing Assistant / CNA.

- Physical stamina to assist residents and perform duties effectively during the evening shift.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, or DSP is preferred but not mandatory.
