Responsibilities
- Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan and achieve company objectives.
- Identifies and addresses performance gaps using reporting tools and business acumen.
- Provides ongoing coaching for associates to support their growth and development.
- Acquires talent through networking, recruiting, and conducting interviews.
- Seeks self-development opportunities as defined in an individual development plan.
- Spends a majority of time on the sales floor to engage with customers.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships by maximizing company tools.
- Executes brand standards consistently and maintains store merchandising standards.
- Stays current on new products using company learning tools.
- Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures and communicates brand strategy to the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
- Previous leadership experience of 1+ years.
