Sunglass Hut - Multi Store Manager (Hourly), Towson

About the position

The Multi Store Manager at Sunglass Hut is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores within the same mall. This role involves driving sales, coaching and developing a team of brand ambassadors, and ensuring exceptional customer service through The Sunglass Hut Experience. The manager will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and uphold brand standards while achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering both stores and personal sales goals and all KPI's.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve individual, store, and mall goals.
• Inspire team through associate growth plans and consistent follow-up to promote accountability.
• Network, recruit, and hire to meet staffing needs in a timely manner.
• Train staff using onboarding tools and ensure completion is reflected on saturation reports.
• Create a fun, inspiring, and inclusive work environment that reflects the brand culture.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor engaged with customers and coaching associates.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Build and protect the integrity of the Sunglass Hut Brand and the brands represented.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, operations policies, visual standards, and inventory control.
• Manage all aspects of associate scheduling based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience
• Time management skills
• Problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership in retail or customer service experience
