About the position

In this role, you will oversee the programmable products operations within your assigned scope of responsibility, which may include integration assembly, device programming, PC integration and configuration, testing, technical repair, planning, and quality assurance. Your primary focus will be to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient service to meet both current and future demands. You will be responsible for optimizing facilities utilization, ensuring process execution, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations. You will provide oversight and direction regarding human resource, financial, and operational activities, which may encompass a variety of tasks. Your principal responsibilities will include assembling and installing a range of hardware and electronic components according to standard build and customized specifications, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and processes. You will also produce customer-approved first article semiconductor devices, integrate and configure various PC hardware, operating system software, and peripherals, and plan, develop, or implement quality assurance procedures. Additionally, you will evaluate quality deviations to determine their causes and effects, and implement corrective measures. Regular surveys of customers regarding shipment accuracy, product quality, process efficiency, adherence to specifications, and overall customer experience will also be part of your duties. You will ensure that the work area is well-maintained and compliant with all safety regulations, including Electro Static Discharge (ESD) requirements, and that equipment is safe, in good repair, and functioning appropriately. You will participate in evaluating, recommending, and implementing new equipment or enhancements, and will be responsible for creating, reviewing, updating, and presenting various statistical, narrative, and financial reports. Monitoring department activity and assessing productivity measures will be essential to your role, as will identifying trends and ensuring task completion by coordinating and supervising the daily activities of business or technical support teams.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
