About the position

The Super Assistant position is a full-time role based in Orlando, Florida, aimed at providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively to enhance operational efficiency within the company. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Help with inventory management and order supplies when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
