About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Monitor the restaurant's performance and service quality.
• Control seating and oversee menu changes.
• Hire, train, and develop all staff members.
• Anticipate guests' needs to ensure total satisfaction.
• Conduct daily meetings to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Progressive restaurant experience preferred, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Experience in hiring and training staff.
• Ability to develop and modify menus.
• Excellent guest satisfaction focus.
• Strong performance monitoring skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
