About the position
The Superintendent - Commercial position at CyberCoders involves managing public works construction projects in Arizona. The role requires overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent in Commercial and Public Works Construction
- Experience with Municipal Construction, including City, County, and State projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong tenure, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
