About the position
As a Superintendent at Worley, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This position involves providing construction site expertise during the construction phases, interpreting designs, overseeing construction supervision, and ensuring that completed tasks conform to design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project designers to interpret construction designs and make necessary adjustments to accommodate site-specific conditions.
- Oversee and supervise construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to established plans, quality standards, safety protocols, and within budget and time constraints.
- Develop and maintain construction practices specific to the project, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
- University Degree in a related field or equivalent trade qualification combined with further relevant training and experience.
