About the position
The Superintendent for Multifamily Construction will oversee the successful delivery of ground-up new construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This role involves managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff, while promoting safety and quality control on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent within Multifamily Construction
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
