About the position
This position is for a Construction Superintendent or Senior/Lead Superintendent at a well-established General Contractor based in the Rocky Mountains. The role involves overseeing construction projects across various sectors including municipal, education, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects in the field, either fully or for specific verticals.
- Manage planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Utilize scheduling software, ideally Procore, for project management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects for Senior Superintendent role.
- 4-5 years of experience in construction for Superintendent role.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Experience in overseeing end-to-end construction processes on-site.
- Proficient in scheduling and project management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Procore scheduling software.
- Background in managing municipal, education, healthcare, or mission-critical projects.
