About the position

Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they adhere to plans, schedules, and quality standards. Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, craftsmen, and vendors. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites. Coordinate the acquisition of materials and equipment, and manage project logistics. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and ensure projects are completed in a secure and law-abiding manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience as a superintendent in construction (2.5-5 years of field experience).
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
• Experience with commercial construction and construction management.
• Proficiency in subcontractor management and ground-up construction.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA 30.
• Experience with quality control and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in using Procore.

• Must be open to 75% travel.
