Responsibilities

  • Send out emails, make cold calls, set up appointments, and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Analyze potential clients' needs and provide excellent service.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team supervisors to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus.
  • Strong skills to persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
