About the position

The Supervising Behavior Analyst is responsible for designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective treatment and remarkable progress for clients. The position is situated in a supportive, team-focused clinical environment, emphasizing professional development and collaboration among Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Utilize in-house clinical practice software, the RMAPP.
  • Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs.
  • Participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events.
  • Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.
  • Conduct monthly performance matrix meetings with RBTs.
  • Provide monthly in-service trainings to the RBT team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • BCBA Certification; state licensure if required by state law.
  • 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (preferred).
