About the position

The Supervising Behavior Analyst at Reaching Milestones is responsible for designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while ensuring effective treatment and remarkable progress for clients. The position offers a supportive, team-focused clinical environment with opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
• Utilize in-house clinical practice software, the RMAPP.
• Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs.
• Participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events.
• Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.

Requirements

• BCBA Certification; state licensure if required by state law.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (preferred).
