Additionally, the role involves supervising the preparation of reports, forms, correspondence, and a variety of complex documents, as well as addressing unusual and difficult problems referred by subordinates. The eligible list created from this recruitment may be utilized to fill vacancies throughout the County, including positions in the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District and Special Districts Department. It is important to note that these departments operate under separate compensation plans, which may differ from those of San Bernardino County. The salary range for the Supervising Office Assistant I position in the Special Districts and County Fire is set at $21.35 to $30.96 hourly. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of full-time office clerical experience performing a wide variety of complex and responsible clerical duties.
  • Experience serving as a lead clerical worker or supervising a clerical unit.

Benefits
