About The Position
The Supervision Advisor role within Guardian Life's Supervision and Business Risk (SaBR) team is focused on ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met in a home office setting. The individual will partner with various stakeholders to perform supervisory functions related to the field sales force, making independent suitability decisions and providing training and support to agents and managers.
