About The Position

The work schedule is rotating shifts that could start as early as 5:00am and end at 1:30pm to 12noon and end at 8:30pm. Work under the direction of the Senior Supervisor or Unit Manager. Work in supervisory role to support and guide program participants in all facets of the food service operation. Assist in purchase of food and related supplies as well as in planning and procedures. Provide guidance on employee problems, and initiate training programs, safety programs, sanitation program, equipment maintenance, and quality control program.
