About the position

Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of case management functions.
- Hire, train, and motivate Dependency Case Managers.
- Provide guidance and assistance in the completion of court reports by Dependency Case Managers.
- Support Dependency Case Managers in identifying and removing administrative obstacles to child placement permanency.
- Ensure work objectives assigned to team members align with the organization's values and mission.
- Maintain record-keeping and documentation in accordance with laws and organizational practices.
- Attend and participate in meetings, including permanency conferences and court hearings.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Department of Children and Families and other related agencies.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in Human Services or Child Welfare programs.
- Previous experience as a Case Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Child Welfare Professional Certification.
