About the position

The Supervisor of the Clean Energy Transportation (CET) Program Management is responsible for leading a team of EV Advisors who guide customers through their transportation electrification journey. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer education, improve program operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing a portfolio of electric vehicle programs aimed at increasing the adoption of clean vehicles in California.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver success metrics for EV Advisory Programs, including cycle time, attrition, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.
  • Deliver on customer acquisition targets for EV Fleet and EV Advisory programs.
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance to ensure the team is well-equipped to engage in productive conversations with customers across the broad range of Transportation Electrification topics.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and lead continuous improvement efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to develop marketing and outreach strategies to improve program participation.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the team and other internal teams in the interest of expediting projects through the process.
  • Drive timely and accurate data entry and documentation of project information in Salesforce.
  • Foster a collaborative and speak up culture that drives transparency and progress toward shared goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, sciences, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid California Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Experience within the Clean Transportation industry, ideally through a customer facing program or advisory service program.
  • Experience managing and improving processes.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Design thinking and/or program or product development experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $118,000 to $188,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Participation in discretionary incentive compensation programs.
