About the position

The Supervisor, Clinical Information Systems Analyst - Epic at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio is responsible for managing a team of analysts and support staff to enhance the Health IT collaborative. Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of analysts and support staff.
• Oversee project management and prioritize work effectively.
• Provide feedback and manage performance of team members.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Ensure high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform job functions of a Clinical Information Systems Analyst.
• Assess and improve systems and processes for increased efficiency.
• Supervise daily activities of personnel supporting Epic applications and modules.
• Ensure the integrity of the clinical information system and quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership, faculty, peers, staff, and vendors.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in clinical information systems.
• Strong knowledge of Epic applications and modules.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to provide effective training and mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a healthcare IT environment.
