About the position

The Supervisor, Customer Service role at Progressive Leasing is a key position responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence. This remote position allows for flexibility while focusing on mentoring, training, and motivating team members to achieve performance goals and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
  • Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction
  • Motivate team members to achieve desired results
  • Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and accurately document account details

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
