About the position

The Supervisor, Customer Service role at Progressive Leasing is a remote position focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that service levels exceed customer expectations. The supervisor will mentor team members, provide training, and manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
  • Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction
  • Motivate team members to achieve desired results
  • Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and accurately document account details

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
