About the position

Zenith is seeking a Supervisor for our Data and Platform Solutions group, a specialized team dedicated to acting as digital data and ad technology experts. This role is pivotal in supporting the media team by leveraging audience data to inform media decisions. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with internal groups responsible for DSP/Programmatic Strategy, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Dynamic Creative Optimization. The primary responsibility of this position is to activate audience data and manage the technology platforms that facilitate better marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can manage processes around targeting data, generate insightful reports, and execute on the client's investments in data and the Data Management Platform (DMP). This role requires a proactive approach to managing day-to-day DMP operations, executing audience data strategies that impact media strategies for client accounts, and defining targeted audiences. The Supervisor will also be responsible for sharing data with partners and tracking performance reports regarding audience groups. Integration with the media planning team is essential, as the DMP will serve as a central tool for smarter planning. The Supervisor will act as an internal resource to demonstrate agency knowledge of data strategies and will support or manage the writing of media deliverables, including timelines, Points of View (POVs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and presentations. Staying updated on current DMP and programmatic media trends is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day DMP operations

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics
  • Self-starter who is quick to learn and eager to contribute
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus
