About the position

The Supervisor of Digital Health plays a crucial role in supporting and integrating the FMOLHS Digital Health strategy into the daily operations of the department. This position involves providing operational support and technical assistance to ensure effective workflows and processes that enhance digital health initiatives. The supervisor will utilize project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and integrate FMOLHS Digital Health strategy into daily operations.
  • Provide operational support and technical input to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Work with clinic and operational leaders to implement effective workflows and billing practices.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to improve organizational efficiency and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement data-driven performance improvement methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate records for evaluating organizational performance.
  • Provide regular reporting to administrators on digital initiative performance and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal/State Regulations and practice policies, including HIPAA and Privacy.
  • Interview, coach, and counsel staff to ensure high-quality service to patients.
  • Coordinate with HR for hiring and staff management processes.
  • Train staff and hold them accountable for technical support calls.
  • Lead and direct team members to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Review staff performance and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Promote teamwork and a collaborative work culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and operational support in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital health initiatives and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop performance improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and counseling staff.
  • Knowledge of Federal/State Regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with billing practices related to digital health services.
  • Certification in project management methodologies.
