About The Position
The Supervisor is responsible for managing distribution center associates by treating associates and customers like family. The Supervisor keeps safety first in action and thought, sweats the details, and fosters trust by avoiding surprises and delivery on promises. Successful supervisors work well in a dynamic environment supportive of innovation. This position touches on all aspects of distribution center management allowing the Inventory Supervisor to gain experience to grow to the next level of management.
