About the position

Upgrade is seeking a Learning and Development Instructional Design Supervisor to lead the creation and delivery of high-quality learning programs for employees. This role involves strategic leadership, instructional design expertise, team management, and project management to ensure impactful learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
• Translate business objectives into comprehensive learning strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage the Learning and Development budget for instructional design projects.
• Develop high-quality learning materials using diverse methodologies such as eLearning modules and instructor-led training.
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies and instructional design trends.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to Instructional Designers.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning and development environment.
• Implement a quality assurance process for all learning materials and programs.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, AI Based tools).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
