The Supervisor of Integrated Care Management (ICM) will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily management of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team. This position is responsible for providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care management delegation activities. The Supervisor will work under the supervision of the Manager of Integrated Care Management and will ensure that care management delegates are meeting state requirements and providing quality case management services. In this role, the Supervisor will assist in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team, providing unit and departmental leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, with a focus on ensuring compliance with state regulations and delivering high-quality care to members. Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team.
  • Provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure compliance with state requirements.
  • Monitor care management delegation activities to ensure quality case management services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental operations.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members.

Requirements

  • BSN Degree required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • An unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in South Carolina and any other state in which the individual works.
  • 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Access is a plus.
  • Consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute.
