About the position
The position involves providing leadership and guidance to IT Support Technicians under the direction of the IT Client Services Manager. The role includes managing technical support services, overseeing the maintenance and repair of computer systems and networks, and ensuring effective end-user support. The individual will also be responsible for managing call and ticket queues, analyzing productivity reports, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and leadership to IT Support Technicians.
- Delegate resources to complete IT projects effectively.
- Evaluate and develop the skills of IT Support Technicians.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Manage phone system call queues and ticket management.
- Produce and analyze productivity reports for the IT Manager.
- Oversee technical end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of Technical Support/Helpdesk experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- A+ Certified Technician certification (preferred).
- ITIL Foundations Certification (strongly desired).
- MCSE or MCSA certification (preferred).
- Valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance for travel.

- Experience in a community clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
